Yep, that ws a month ago.

If I don't have the confirmation from the moderator, I won't process the update 
from a third party.

It just happened tonight...and, the modertor confirmed that he did not ask for 
the assistance of a third party, and specificially stated that the third party 
had no authorization.

So, if you want to do updates for others, they need to tell me that they want 
it done...no word from them, no processing of the third party update.
