Who re-listed the echo? You did. Who supplied the name and address of the moderator? You did. If there was a problem with the named moderator and/or the address, who placed inaccurate information in the echolist? You did. On the other hand, had you NOT meddled in the echolisting process, someone could have relisted the echo tag. I can find no reference in any documents that a "savior" of echo tags is either requested or recognized. There is certainly no mention of the messenger acting a the sole arbiter of moderators and echo tags. Concerning your statement that you've "done likewise in the past and will continue to do so in the future", it should signal all moderators that use you to act as a messenger that for some reason, only determined by you, their rights could be abridged by your actions. Please be advised that unless I have specific confirmation from the moderator of record, I will NOT process substanstive changes in echotag information that are submitted by persons other than the moderator of record. You do not "own" the hockey echotag, in spite of your statement: > Point is the echo was MINE and I chose a new moderator. PERIOD! Please don't try to confuse the issue with all of your protestations of helping etc. Your statement above is an indication that either you do not understand the echolisting process, or that you feel you can place yourself above and beyond the rules that govern such listings. Had you wanted to have the right to "assign" moderators, you should have listed yourself as moderator, as you have done with other echo tags.
