You must be reading your own posts....which have a very high bullshit content 
ratio.

Correct.....although some moderators use their listing to make information 
available to the public.  And some distribuition systems use it to ascertain 
information about the echo and the moderator.

And of course there are some moderators that simply refuse to use it...and then 
whine about various things.

There are even some who mysteriously use it for one echo they moderate, refuse 
to use it for another one that they claim to be the moderator.
