Malcom didn;t state it was an IC interpretation.....and even if he had, as far 
as I know, the IC has absolutely nothing to do with echomail....so he, like any 
of us can interpret himself into a corner.

Perhaps for the same reason he listed FN_SYSOP and another echo that was in use 
by Zone1 sysops.
