Yeup. Your ISP's node range have all been blocked.  Course, you could use
one of the same IP nodes found in Houston if you asked Matt's permission.
I wonder how it is that a Binkp node in the Ukraine is using a IP based in
Houston? (2:550.12)  Doesn't seem logical to me.
