I don't think so....since there are ISPs falling all over themselves, the Universities don't have the same motivation they used to have for providing services. There is also an increasing sentiment that government subsidized operations shouldn't be competing against the private sector. What I need is something to translate email to the robot into the .msg format. I could then download the "messages" from my server and process them. I'm going to post a request in the PERL echo...perhaps someone has already done that.
