This is getting to be a new sport on Fido, I suppose.  Guess which users
are actually aliases.  Guess who they "really" are.  And then circulate
these groundless guesses in open echoes.  Easy enough to do, but why?

Last time I knew, there was an unwritten "rule" in your echo that people
HAD to use their "real" names.  So you aren't just accusing Roy of using
an alias; you are accusing him of breaking the rules.  Based on a
"suggestion" in a netmail from an unnamed person!  Strange game....
