As long as he and/or his aliases stick to the Echo rules there 
won't be a problem. 

Besides, posting what he did in here makes no sense at all.  The 
personal attack _is_ both the subject and object of the Moderating 
message that he questions.  And, it is fully covered in the 
rules for POL_INC.   

I just hope that my 666 password hasn't been compromised.
