No, it is not that simple. You allow them to create their own echo and choose 
which one they want to participate in.

But that's not what they want. They do not want to create an echo for each 
dissident group. They want echos to be neatly ordered by topic and they do not 
want echos to duplicate topics. If a moderator does not behave, they want to 
sack him/her instead of being forced to create yet another echo.

That's what they want.

But you do not alllow that because the FidoGod moderators /own/ the echos.

In my book /that/ is dictatorship.
