As a sysop of a BBS he is entitled to add and remove echos without /your/
or anyone else's approval. I understand as a mail hub he will not not be 
removed the echo from distribution. What is your problem with that?

A lot of specualtion and innuendo and no facts.

I can't blame him for getting pissed, you people are seeing things that aren't 
there and making up stories thru your imagination. I've dealt with Dale for 
awhile now and find a good mail mover and a trusted one. You're still griping 
over spilt milk from awhile ago when someone didn't know the proper process
for a feed cut. Learn from your mistakes or stew in'em. My question is this,
"Is your name Stew?"
