Pardon me if I'm wrong on this, but Dale is a Distro Hub, correct? I don't have a problem with Dale removing any particular echo from his BBS, but I feel that unless the whole backbone removes an echo, ALL hubs should be required to carry that echo for downlinks. And I believe that is part of the rules of each of the backbones, no? | George A.
