What an idiot.  I am now hearing other nice stories about Dale as well.  I 
think the expression 'Payback is a bitch' comes to mind here.  That apparently 
is what he is trying to do.  As a major mail mover (according to himself), he 
should pass everything in the zone, unless it is illegal.
