I belive that more often than not, the line was used to indicate that the 
person to which it was directed had some type of problem that might be 
moderated by some professional help and/or medications.

But, this discussion reminds me of teasing a puppy with a stick.  The more you 
pull on the stick, the more the puppy pulls...the more you take the stick from 
the puppy, the more it cames back for more.

So, I think that I'm going to stop palying stick with you.  Feel free to make 
all the mis-statements you like.  I'll let someone else rub your nose in the 
logical feces you leave as litter.
