No, they held an election which isn't recognized in the echo rules; which
is the authority over and above what the sysops claiming to be the owners.
If they wanted to change the rules to reflect a recall procedure, I would
have been happy to ablidge them.  They didn't, so what it was, was not a
legitmate election. You fell for the hype and gave up the password on the
word of some unknown authority.
