It appears that the ideal world according to Mat is one of happy dictators (er 
moderators) and no users, users rights are NOT looked after in your plan.

As long as moderators are perceived to be ghods by themselves and their 
supporters, the users (the reason we are here) are going to continue to 
abandone fidonet, as long as that trend continues - sysop leave the network, 
the demise of fidonet appears to be your real agenda.
