 Except for one little problem Thom. The rules under which Roy
was elected, and which the echo operated, do *NOT* have a recall
provision. None! Nada!

 And what happens when everyone decides to have an election to
remove you as moderator from Elist and Echolist?

 I don't remember seeing anything abt moderator recall in the rules
to those echos anymore than there was in the rules for effie.
