Steve Quarrella was seen kissing Large Marge and telling us:

 SQ> A couple of "significant" signings here in Dallas/Ft. Worth.  Think the
 SQ> Rangers are going to go anywhere next year?

They have as good a chance as anyone. As I keep reminding my friends - the West 
will be won by the team that comes up with the best pitching. Texas has as good 
a chance as anyone because there is NO solid pitching in the West. Seattle and 
Oakland had the most last year, however; they're just as likely to tank it next 
year so Texas does have a chance.
