As you have probably just seen, our own Texas Rangers are about to put that to 
the test, with their having brought two well-known problem children into the 
fold over the past week.

I laugh and say about the same thing, as I watch all the local car places 
trying to sell people on 'winterizing' their vehicles. :-)
