I hate to say it but I see more of an argument FOR Rose than Ryan. My only 
thing against Rose is what he did (No matter how much he denies it).

I hate to disagree but there's more going for Phil:

318-274 (.537) vs 324-292 (.526), 3 20 win seasons vs 2. ERA is higher but that 
comes from pitching in parks that were more hitter friendly.
