Can't say for certain, Steve, but I saw several web sites with the lyrics
showing "Now my heart's drowned in no love streams."  If that's the
actual line, I'd take it to mean that his heart is drowning in streams 
absent of love.  I think it makes more sense than what you think you heard
considering the title.  Hey, but what do I know?  :)
