  I had the comport setting at 57600...I changed it to 38400...although
under telnet with Synchronet, this is "ignored". The thing is...other
Synchronet Sysops, running Synchronet 3.12, are having the same
problem...and, the problem wasn't there with Synchronet 3.10 -- the
author has been advised.
