Does anyone remember all the ghost codes in Warrior's graveyard?

I know that hitting ??? lots can get the main ghost (Jim)

and, for a guy, hitting 1 in the "Talk to Grave Digger" menu gets Tanya

And hitting 'G' after searching the newly dug grave gets George

I forget the one in the Shack, to get "Mike"?

And the female equivalents of the above.
