Must have own axe. > --- MultiMail/Win32 v0.46 Has been awhile since I saw any activity, either in the Lord echo, or in DoorGames echo. Glad to see that some of you are back in action. Was wondering which version of MZKLord Neal is using. The utility's author released a version 6.00 update through me last year. If he does not have it already, he and others will find a copy on my Fidonet web-site - http://www.filegate.net/camelot/ in the lordfile directory. All of the Lord programs released over the past three years roughly can be downloaded from my lordapps.htm web-page as well, using this web-page URL: http://www.fidotel.com/public/camelot/lordapps.htm . I'm still cooking Lord apps, just slowly at times. Hiding in The Shadows v2.50 was released earlier this week. I'm working on releases of Gateway 1.3, and Forest Outhouse 2.50 now. Releases of LORD Cavern 1.7 and Outlands Tavern 1.6 and RHP Toolkit v1.4 will be done a day or so later. Its possible that I may wait and release all five programs together. The new igm beta, Doofus the Gnome, is fully functional but still a tad unfinished. The new igm beta, Werewolf II, is beginning to become more functional. Will be awhile before it is released for bbs beta testing. Pawn Shop and Gem Trader updates will be released sometime before Memorial Day. For those who don't participate in my Lordnews mailing list, are you all aware that Lord/32 beta is running a few igms now? If not, check out michaelpreslar.com web-site for some details on it. So far the only Lord/32 igm betas are available from Chris "Chachi" Martino of the Oddware.org group of authors. About 2/3 of them are based on my own igms so far. Chris is creating a new version of the old Free World igm, but only for Lord/32 usage. Sometime this year, there will be a new version of Lord Life. Trevor Kooy gave the program to Doug Rhea -- bbsfiles.com -- and he is going to have Chris Martino bring the igm up-to-date. I'm probably going to be updating Dragon Town University for Doug later this summer. And I will be recreating Shauna, Princess of Sorcery this summer. Possibly will work on recreation of The Graveyard as well, but have to get author's permission first. Doug Rhea is working on finding source to Socrates Shop from John Hutton. John is searching for his lord files, and we are also trying to get the source files from Nannette Thacker. John had sent it to her years ago to show her how he handled igm registration. So that's a good summary of the DOS Lord news right now. Preslar also is working on the Web Lord program. So the dragon is definitely not dead. He may sleep sometimes, but now and then he rises up with a mighty roar to prove he is still the top monster in the realm. Donald. --- BBBS/LiI v4.01 Flag-5 * Origin: Prism bbs (1:261/38) .
