Or, you could spend the extra $$$ and get a Linksys 10/100BaseT Switch/ADSL router and set up firewalling inside the router. Takes care of the firewalling, is a switch instead of a hub (faster), eliminates the second card and the software for proxying (I'm guessing you'll use something like Wingate?). The Linksys switch/router runs somewhere around $179US mailorder. George ....
