I just noticed an error on my side concering echo selection. Actually I thought 
that this is a R23-echo. So, my specific questions concerning TeleDanmark are a 
bit unfortunate here.

Well, after some mails from guys from Danmark I most likely will skip that 
TeleDanmark offer. Other provide more for a better price. For example, their 
offer includes a Cisco 667 router for free. That suits my needs pretty good.

I will try to find out what they use. For the prices:

Installation: appr. 140 US-$
Hardware: buy for appr. 140 US-$ or rent for appr. 6 US-$ per month
Cost per month: appr. 14 US-$ for 256/128 Kbit heavily increasing with higher 
speeds, no transfer volume limitation.
