Think that function's already in WfWg 3.11 (hazy memory) but it's named
WW1000.EXE   [03] VSHARE.386 ver3.11.0.401. Compatible with Win3.1,
                  WfWg3.1, WfWg3.11.  Eliminates need for SHARE.EXE
