punt IPX/SPX... it is not needed unless you are using a novell server in your 
mix and i can assure you that you are not ;)

besides, its only taking up needed memory space...

TCP/IP and NetBEUI are needed for the microsoft networking so you can map the 
drives and copy files back and forth... actually, only NetBEUI (or NetBIOS) is 
needed but with the mix of stuff, leaving the TCP/IP in is ok... especially if 
it is working...
