you say BTM... are you running 4DOS or NDOS or similar instead of native DOS?

do you see the initial FD copyright line before the WFC screen comes up?

what SHARE.EXE are you using? one that came with the DOS yo uare running or one 
gathered from elsewhere??

what DOS version are you running??
