If you don't want all users in a peer to peer network to be able to access all resources on all the other PCs connected then there's a nice, affordable add-on for Windows peer to peer networking called Zedex at: http://www.zedex.net that adds security to otherwise non-secure networks. Its simplicity makes it more usable in environments such as schools than WinNT's or Win2k's style of log-on and administration. It works off your existing share-level access system and refines it. Zedex doesn't seem to be usable with a WinNT or Win2k server. Richard .... | BBS +44(0)20 8297 2486 24 hours | --- FMail/386 1.02 * Origin: Another message via PackLink +44(0)2082972486 (2:254/235) .
