ML> am currently (~19:45EST 5Nov2002) running a scan against ML> 24.200.243.234... My system at that time was on-line. ML> I'm doing it this way right now, just because <> Thanks. ML> i've currently got superscan configured to scan all the ports i have ML> in a list of known ports... ML> from what i can tell, you do seem to be closed up pretty tightly... ML> that could be due entirely to your box or it could also be that your ML> ISP blocks/filters some stuff... I have not set up any encrytion here. I was asking you to run these procedures as I had been told that a router is the only address seen on the Web and I never had it confirmed. Your efforts sure to confirm this...( closed up pretty thightly ). I do not think that the ISP here has any blocker of any sort set up. My mind is now really at peace. I wish that I could do something for you in return but your level of expertise is beyond mine. But let me repeat myself...
