I don't think straming video (in very high quality) will require more than 10 mbit. The benefit of 100 mbit is the file transfer speed. Many times you have a 10 mbit hub, and you're buying a 100 mbit switch. The advantage mostly is low collisions. Correct me if i'm wrong. Vh.
