No. Fidonet is part of the Internet as far as mail is concerned. and it
can be said to be part of Usenet (ie we can read/post in newsgroups).

It is *not* part of the world-wide-web, as no URL will get you to a
fidonet node, nor can you use a URL from a Fidonet node.

Anyway, I wish you luck finding one.
