Simple, you need to load an IPX driver on *both* systems. Windows
default networking doesn't *use* IPX.

And you'll need the proper driver for your card. I think Windows may do
it for you if you tell it you need to connect to a Netware system.

Me, I run Netware, so I don't have to mess with that.
