I will bring it up with one of the vets I work with if I can get them to
stand still long enough. You are right.. I didn't mean to say ALL male
cats were succeptible.. just that they were more succeptible than females.
My parents only have ever fed their pets the grocery store quality food
(dogs & cats) and although the dogs have not lived as long as they could
(7-8 years) they never had a problem with their cat's health. I will
look more into this! Thanks for giving me that other information. If
I can learn more about it I will pass it along to you!
