That's great!  
My British Shorthair cat Missy has been eating Iams Hairball Care Formula dry 
catfood ever since it first came out on the market.  (But lately she's gone 
back to also eating the IAMS dry catfood for adult cats.)
Because of her double-thick fur, I give her hairball remedy (a gel) twice a day 
to help her avoid hairballs.
