My current batch are happy worrying an occasional green bean (boiled to death and from a can preferred). Found that out the funny way . Don (my husband) never had cats til he met me. One day, I left a dinner plate with a few french sliced, buttered, canned, green beans left on a low coffee table as I went to the bathroom. (we eat Japanese style around a coffee table BTW). Roscoe jumped up. Don was about to shooo him away when he realized nothing but a green bean or so was left. He stayed quiet to see what would happen. Roscoe snuck up on the plate, eyeing Don warily, then quick as a flash, grabbed one and leapt away with his treasure to a corner there to neatly lick it and nibble it. I came out about then to see Don going 'shuush' with his hands, eyeing Face as she investigated the table. Up hopped Face when she saw no one was chasing Roscoe... she sniffed (great I thought, cat snot, good thing I was done!), snagged one with her paw, and decided it was good enough. She slunk down under the table with her goodie and scooted off to under the sofa where she evidently ate the whole thing . Rhings you have to watch around cats or they can hurt themselves- Fried rice with onions. They will try to eat that and it will make them very very sick. (I knew that and it only happened by accident because I forgot to warn Don). xxcarol --- Telegard v3.09.g2-sp4 * Origin: SHENK'S EXPRESS Norfolk VA 757-486-3057 28.8 Dual (1:275/100) .
