Rats learned he _wasn't_ at about 10 months old. Keeters jumped off the patio roof and onto the roof of my dad's van. Rats made or _attempted_ to make the jump and ended up scrambling for a foothold as he slid down the side of the van. He managed to grab the handle on the side door before he hit the ground.
