Hitting the target most of the time, and not inconveniencing any
bystanders. :)

I feel that 4 year olds shouldn't play with guns, but really that's
parental responsibility, not cause for legislation.

The question is why should the government say "I (the government) may own
and or control this type of thing, but you, a provate citizen, may not."?
Are there things a goverment may do but citizens may not?
