Hello, 

I have read through the documentation for Syncro but I cannot find any info on
what all of the flags mean.  I'm talking about when you open up the bbs config
utility and go under SYSTEM > NEW USER VALUES and then you get to FLAG SET #!
.... 2 ... etc.

So is there a part of the documentation I've missed/overlooked?  And if it's
not in the documentation, can someone post a list of what each flag means?
