Rob, you aren't the only one who has troubles when out of town, this should
make you feel better. I was in San Diego for only two weeks... and the
following happens:

DHS Switches to pay only

My ISP begins noticing how much space I take with my newslink feed (and charged
accordingly)

My FTP server went down (almost as if someone just stopped it here locally,
perhaps my cat is a bit more astute than I thought)

A massive spam attack got the e-mail server (fixed with a quick re-set)

Three online games that never have problems locked up.

When I am at the console, NOTHING happens. Is there a Native American dance,
pagan ritual, christian prayer... anything to prevent it? :)

At least you have back up servers. NukeNET was outta comission for two weeks.
