the message system seems almost perfect... except one tiny little deal
for veteran posters and sysops:
    the lack of security adjustment options for allowing editing of a
poster's  message after the fact. now either you have sysop privaledges
and can edit ALL messages, or you are a user, and cant edit your OWN.

UNLESS THERE IS A WAY to do it, that isnt clear??? can this be put on
the list for codeadjustment next round?
