You need to first set up MASQ/NAT/ICS which I gather you have already done. Then you need to set up port-fowratding so when someone "outside" connects to port-23 (TELNET) the gateway forwards the packets to the apropriate machine on the inside. And when they connect to port-25 (SMTP -- e-mail) they get forwarded to the apropriate (maybe different) machine on the inside. I don't use Windows so I can't suggest which piece of software is likely to give the least headaches -- but someone here will point you in the right direction. You have to buy (more accurately _rent_) your domain name and then have it hosted on someones DNS server. If you don't want to do that the IP address will work perfectly well in place of a domain name. The only inconvenience is that whereas the domain name will be fixed, the IP address may change periodically. .
