Subj : problem with mail on the webserver

Hello.
When I check into the bbs to check mail on the webserver side I have a little 
problem. When I get to the list of new mail messages in my mailbox and check 
them to be deletted and push the delete button, the page comes back and 
says "no action taken. However, when I click on individual messages and read 
the message, I am able to delete it.
Is this a problem with the mail on the webserver?
