I'm starting up a Synchronet BBS. Any comments? Suggestions? When it's up
it'll be reachable from r3sp4wn.no-ip.org, although it will be down often,
so if you aren't in or near to the GMT zone, don't try it because it'll be
down occasionally through the day and all through the night in GMT. (So if
you're in say GMT - 10 it'll be down all day).
