You need to run a terminal that will run zmodem (rz for a unix client to
receive, sz to send)  I think that GTermix might have it built in.   Also
try BTerm at www.bbbs.net.  SyncTERM has built-in ZModem, but I have found
that it doesn't always work as advertised.
