I just started getting emails sent to me from my unix box. I set it up to send
me security warnings etc to my external email address at my ip. And yesterday I
started getting emails telling me: 

from:root@localhost
subject:draklog mail alert

load is huge 3.09

several of these mails in the last 24 hours with different #'s like 3.49, 3.08,
etc

what does this mean exactly?
