RA>Tried BartPE? How does this do in comparison?

I've just barely had a look at it myself. I was passing on good
reports I'd just heard about it. A friend tried it and said
that it was really nice and said he'd send me a copy to save
me the DL at slow dial-up speeds.

BartPE also gets some good press although I don't know enough
about it to compare. Is it also a Linux based disk or is it
full Windows ?
