Really...  I bought my first house when I was single and 21 while
making about 1/3 the income the bank said I needed to carry the
mortgage, so I had to get private financing at even Higher rates
and yet I never missed a payment.
(The odd meal but never a payment..)  B)

When I look at the money I made by starting early instead
of buying flashy cars and toys..
