My thoughts were something along the lines of:

 1. Setupt BBS
 2. Pitch to youth pastor
 3. Pitch to group members
 4. Create group-specific area (with apropriate ARS restriction)
 5. Attempt to foster civil debate within a general area
    (Should I attract "real" users that is; I have a habit of 
     being a sysop of an off-line mail reader more than a BBS)
 6. Bring about world peace -- or pease, whichever comes first.
