I was intending for some mix of irony and sarcasm to blead through... In truth, I was hoping they would start to think for themselves. I knew I could sell the Power that Be on the idea of an online environment that could put them in absolute controll of the content, but I also knew that not a single one of them is techy enough to ever make it past new account setup -- if that far.
